Our Returns Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 14 days after purchase, providing they are in a good, saleable condition and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase must be provided upon returning items.
If your item(s) are faulty upon receipt, please contact us within 24 hours. We are not liable for repairs/replacements if you do not notify us within this notice period. We are happy to exchange any items that have genuine faults.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds on bespoke products or special order items.

Credit/Debit Card Payment
If payment was made via credit or debit card, we will refund the total amount to the card used. The refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned item(s) along with proof of purchase. Please allow up to 30 days to process, depending on your card provider.
Paypal Payment
If payment was made through Paypal, we will refund the total amount to the Paypal account used. The refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned item(s) along with proof of purchase. The refund should show up on your account within 5 working days.
Returns Shipping
The buyer will be responsible for paying shipping on returns.
Shipping costs for original purchases are non-refundable.
